Our free shipping policy applies exclusively to the standard shipping method.
When ordering multiple items, shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €129.00.

Delivery time: approx. 1 to 3 working days for items in stock (subject to receipt of payment).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends (Sat-Sun) will be processed on the following Monday.

If shipment tracking is not available within the time periods mentioned below, please contact our customer service team by email.

All complaints must be reported to customer service within 48 hours.

We only ship to Germany by default.

Should you require shipping to a different country, please send us an email via the contact form. We will then inform you as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country.
